Create marking programs quickly.
Create a new program and add as many fields as you like. Click the + button to add a field: text, graphic, 2D code, etc. Set the font, height, width, spacing, and position of each field.
Drag and drop fields in the preview screen.
Once the program is created, switch to the preview screen (shown) to see the layout and positioning of each field. Click and drag fields to quickly move and resize them.

No, a PC is not required. The AC500 has on-board software for all programming and operation functions. The AC500 software can also be installed separately on a PC for easy program creation at your desk, and program files can be transferred via USB.

The AC500 can store hundreds of marking programs. The amount is limited by the available memory in the controller. To see how much free memory is available, click the Memory button in settings. Program files can also be copied and backed up to a USB storage device.

One dedicated controller is required to operate each marking head.
Logos and graphics in BMP and DXF format can be be uploaded via the USB port. Graphics are stored in memory and can be added to any marking program.
Yes. Use the Supervisor mode for setting up marking programs, and switch to Operator mode where program editing is locked. In Operator mode individual fields are locked to prevent unwanted changes, while variable fields remain accessible for updating data that changes.
In the controller’s main settings, you can select metric (millimeters) or imperial (inches) units for all fields.
