Simple and economical Roovers metal tag embossing machines use rolls of metal “tape” to create deeply embossed or debossed tags for heavy-duty tagging applications. Using a character selection wheel, characters are embossed one at a time by pulling a handle. Create tags in variable lengths with holes at both ends for nailing, tying, or welding in place for lasting product identification.
For faster and easier tag making, both the T-10A and T-20 can be supplied with a pneumatic kit and actuation lever for semi-automatic operation.

Tape is supplied in convenient, pre-measured rolls in various materials and sizes for a variety of applications such as:
- labels for pipe, hose, and cable
- part tracking through painting and galvanizing operations
- utility pole tags
- in-mold identification of castings and tires
All models are available as manual embossers for low volume tag making or pneumatic embossers for faster tag making. Both models can be used with either an embossing wheel for raised characters or a debossing wheel for deeply indented characters.
