High Resolution Ink Jet Printing on PVC Pipe

REA JET HR ink jet printers print high resolution product information on pipe as it’s extruded.  Messages including text, logos, bar codes, and 2D codes can be printed at 300 dpi or 600 dpi, even at high production speeds.

HR printers use easily replaceable HP® print cartridges similar to those used for years in office printers. The HR print head electronically activates the heating elements inside the cartridge to release the ink for printing. So when you change the cartridge, you essentially get a brand new print head.  This makes HR printers an excellent, maintenance-free alternative to CIJ printers.
