Unique ID of Foundry Castings

A foundry needed a way to uniquely identify castings with their customers’ part numbers. The Roovers metal tape embosser is a simple and economical way to create tags with raised characters that can be applied to the foundry’s patterns with either adhesive or rivets. When the part is cast, the impression from the tag leaves a very legible part number.
