Gas Cylinder Marking System

Pannier’s gas cylinder marking system makes it easy to make high-quality, mistake-proof marks on the side or shoulder of any size cylinder. A precision dot peen marking system marks text, symbols, and scannable 2D Data Matrix codes with a carbide pin. Place a cylinder on the two self-adjusting cradle rolls and clamp the bottle to the rotary fixture. The heavy-duty rotary fixture automatically rotates the cylinder while the markings are applied.

The AC500 touchscreen controller can store hundreds of marking programs. Within each program, data fields can be locked or set to automatically update, such as dates and serial numbers. The operator can preview the program on the screen before marking begins.
