Marking Machine for Metal Hose Clamps and Cable Ties

This custom fixture was made to hold up to six 1/2″ wide metal tags, hose clamps, or cable ties.  The parts are inserted into the fixture up to six at a time and the dot peen marking machine marks them consecutively.

Using a direct marking method instead of printing or labeling ensures lasting identification of part numbers, serial numbers, or manufacturing dates for traceability.  The dot peen marker can make light engraved-style marks or deep embossed marks by adjusting the machine settings.
