Logo Printing on Flexible Air Duct

Flexible air duct is a challenging material to print on. The outer layer is a thin metal foil, which requires an ink that will adhere well and dry quickly. Also, due to the slick surface of the foil, rubber printing plates need to be used to apply the ink instead of more common photopolymer plates. Rubber plates do not slip when contacting the foil, resulting in clean, high-resolution printing.
