Printing on Woven Polyester Fabric

A manufacturer of specialty silt fencing material prints product codes on their materials for easy identification. They had been sending the material out to a converting facility to have the printing done, but they wanted to bring the operation in-house to cut costs and turnaround time.

They worked with Pannier Corporation on a number of printing stations that incorporated various sizes of Pannier flexographic printers, mounting stands, and deflector rolls. This allows rolls of material to be unwound, printed, and rewound very quickly. The printers work on woven and non-woven poly materials and can operate at speeds up to 700 feet/minute.
