Easy Part & Tag Marking
Benchtop marking systems include a heavy-duty tool stand to hold the marking head and air regulator. The vertical position of the marking head is adjusted using the manual adjustment wheel or an optional programmable Z axis for marking in hard-to-reach areas.
The standard 12″ x 12″ base is made of slotted aluminum extrusion for easy attachment and positioning of part holding fixtures. Let Pannier help you with custom bases and fixtures when needed. For occasional marking of large parts, the system can be configured as a “combo” unit with a marking head with handles that can be disconnected from the stand.

The AC500 universal controller makes setup fast and easy. Use the intuitive touchscreen interface to build your marking programs and adjust the size, style, location, and marking speed of each field to achieve the best mark.
Mistake-free Marking
Use advanced data entry methods to eliminate data entry mistakes. Set automatic date, shift, and serial number fields. Send data automatically from a bar code scanner, spreadsheet, or data file from your MES/ERP system.
Security
Use passwords to protect your marking programs from unwanted changes. All programs and files can be copied to a USB storage device for backup and transfer to additional controllers.
