Make ID plates fast and error-free! This benchtop laser marking system is designed for automatically marking on metal tags and plates at least .025″ thick. It uses a 6 Watt Nd:YAG laser for fast, high quality marking on metal surfaces.
Tag Hopper & Feed System
The hopper and the plate feed mechanism are custom sized for one size of tag.
The operator loads a stack of plates into the input hopper. An automatic feeding mechanism transports each plate into the lasing chamber for marking, then the plate is ejected into a bin while the next plate is moved to the marking position.
Flexible Software
The full-featured plate production software allows the system to operate as a network device or stand-alone system. It can be configured to receive data from any source.
Safe Operation
The lasing chamber is a Class 1 enclosure to prevent exposure to any laser radiation. A laser-safe window allows the operator to view inside the chamber while tags are being marked.
The system includes a fume extractor to vent any fumes away from the work area.
Data entry and communication methods:
