Laser Engraving Locks & Keys

The safety manager at a manufacturing company was looking for a better way to engrave lockout-tagout devices for his facility.  They had been struggling with the process of stamping locks and keys with hand stamps and wanted something faster and easier.

Pannier used dot peen systems and laser systems to create sample marks on the locks.  Due to the curved and irregular surfaces of the items, and the amount of information needing to be marked, the laser system created better marks.  The UBI laser system marks brass and aluminum items equally well, creating high-contrast, professional engraving.
