The ADP2050 FAST is an ultra-fast dot peen marking system built for fast, high-quality part marking in automated production lines. Mark text, 2D Data Matrix codes, logos and symbols in just seconds on metals, plastics, and coated surfaces.
Ultra-fast Marking
The ADP2050 FAST uses a 3mm carbide pin for stamping hard materials up to 62 HRC. The pneumatically-controlled pin vibrates at high speed for marking up to 10 characters/second.
Easy Integration
The lightweight, compact marking head can be mounted in even the tightest spaces. The aluminum casing mounts easily to a robotic arm, a linear slide, or inside an automated production cell. Quick-disconnect cables make it easy to swap heads when service is needed.
The AC500 controller is integration-ready, with advanced control options:
- Automated commands simplify date coding, serial numbering, and error-free data entry
- Built-in EtherNet/IP or PROFINET modules for fast PLC programming
