Benchtop Marking
With the marking head attached to the tool stand, it can be used to mark parts, plates, or tags held in a variety of holding fixtures.
Portable Marking
A portable kit with handles turns the marking head into a portable marking tool when needed. Disconnect the head from the tool stand when you need to mark large parts and assemblies. The cable/air line umbilical is available in 4, 6, 12, and 20 meter lengths.
Build Your Ideal Marking System
All systems use the AC500 Controller for programming and data input. Choose the marking head with the best window size for your application, choose one or more marking pins, and add fixturing to hold your parts or tags in place.
The marking window represents the maximum amount of space available for marking.

The AC500 universal controller makes setup fast and easy. Use the intuitive touchscreen interface to build your marking programs and adjust the size, style, location, and marking speed of each field to achieve the best mark.
Mistake-free Marking
Use advanced data entry methods to eliminate data entry mistakes. Set automatic date, shift, and serial number fields. Send data automatically from a bar code scanner, spreadsheet, or data file from your MES/ERP system.
Security
Use passwords to protect your marking programs from unwanted changes. All programs and files can be copied to a USB storage device for backup and transfer to additional controllers.
