The ADP120160D Deep Marker is a dot peen marking system designed for making extra-deep marks in metals that remain legible after shot blasting, painting, and galvanizing. Automatically mark one or more lines of text and logos inside the 120mm x 160mm (4.7” x 6.3”) marking window.

Setup is fast and easy with the AC500 touchscreen controller – no PC is needed. Create marking patterns step-by-step with fields containing text, date and shift codes, images, and 2D Data Matrix codes. Automatically import data to be marked from a spreadsheet, a bar code scanner, or data file sent from your MES/ERP system.
Integrated
Freely mount the marking head on a robotic arm or slide for inline marking. The sliding shutter system keeps debris out of the head to protect internal components. Choose the AC500 controller with EIP option for fast and easy EtherNet/IP communications.
Portable
Portable handle kits include a pushbutton start and a magnetic base to keep the marking head in place during marking. Options include:
- Electromagnets for extra holding power and worker safety during marking
- Pipe fixture for marking pipe, drilling tools, and cylindrical items

Benchtop
The marking head mounts onto a heavy-duty column with an adjustment wheel to raise and lower the head. An aluminum T-slot base offers flexibility in adding part holding fixtures and clamps. Options include:
- Programmable Z axis kit – raise and lower the head automatically for marking in hard-to-reach areas
- Rotary fixtures for marking around the circumference of cylindrical parts
- Tag & plate holding fixtures – choose from several sizes to accommodate your metal ID plates
