When you need to mark more than two lines of text or make deep marks on your products, choose from a variety of large portable dot peen systems. Safe and easy for operators to use, these hand-held marking systems create deep marks in metals and other surfaces for lasting product identification.
Dual handles and strong magnets ensure easy handling when marking large parts. Shutter systems keep dust and debris out of the marking head. Additional options allow you to build your ideal marking system:
- Use up to a 12mm or 18mm carbide marking pin for deep marking
- Add an electromagnet kit for maximum holding power during marking
- Add a lifting lug to hang the system from a tool balancer for easier handling and to prevent drops
All systems use the easy-to-program AC500 dot peen controller, which can be programmed manually or automatically to eliminate marking errors. For ultimate flexibility, systems can be configured as “combo” system that can be used for portable and benchtop marking.
