Laser Marking Machines from Laserax Are Now Available Through Pannier Corporation’s Sales Channels
Pannier Corporation, a leading supplier of marking systems and metal tags for the metals and automotive industries, and Laserax who develops, markets, and installs inline laser marking and laser cleaning solutions for the primary metals and the automotive industries, have entered into a partnership agreement.
The partnership, which began in January, 2019, is bound to bring advantages to both companies. “It was obvious for Laserax that both our companies were going to benefit from closely working together. We’re looking forward to increasing the reach of our rugged industrial fiber lasers in targeted markets covered by the Pannier Corporation,” said Éric Bourbeau, Director of OEM Sales at Laserax.
Laserax recently launched a revolutionary patent pending shotblast resistant laser marking process. It allows foundries and other manufacturers to trace every part from the earliest production step through to final assembly with a single identifier, which ensures end-to-end product traceability.
Michael Leard, Director of Sales at Pannier Corporation, adds, “We’re very excited about this new partnership. The technical team at Laserax has a track record of engineering solutions for extreme marking applications that seemed impossible until now. The Laserax LXQ high-power lasers can mark high temperature products in harsh industrial environments. This will allow our customers in the metals and automotive industries to achieve complete product traceability from the caster to the customer.”
Representatives from Pannier Corporation attended a week-long training at Laserax’s headquarters in Quebec and will be able to count on Laserax’s laser technology expertise, experience in laser direct part marking on metals, and best-in-class laser markers for future client projects.
Reliable, High-performance and Robust Lasers for Global Manufacturers
Laserax has developed three types of fiber lasers: LXQ-2D, LXQ-3D and LXQ-3D Vision. Each has specific functionalities and options to address the traceability and process control needs of today’s global manufacturers. Laserax’s fiber lasers are ideal for direct part marking on metals, such as aluminum, magnesium, lead, nickel, tin, zinc, titanium, stainless steel and steel.
With its established sales force in the steel industry, Pannier Corporation will provide access to clients in the United States to Laserax’s products. Laserax’s high-power lasers are ideal for the permanent identification of unique identifiers directly on metallic parts.
