Regularly scheduled inspections of your marking equipment by our trained service personnel will keep your systems operating at optimal performance to prevent potential problems. A Preventative Maintenance Program provides the necessary maintenance to your system to minimize production downtime. Our PM program is comprehensive, including inspection of every major and minor component individually and in conjunction with the unit’s operating environment.
Our Service Technician will perform the following general services:
- Overall System Check: electrics, connections, general components condition
- Marking System Check: base/mounting, parts, protection, fluids, filters, mark quality adjustment
- Computer: functionality test, software operability
- Clean, adjust and test
After completing each PM visit, the Technician will prepare a report for you based on our findings, including recommended follow-up action.
The costs to repair or replace any parts not covered by our standard warranty are additional. Pannier will inspect these items and report their condition, recommending repair or replacement where necessary.
We have several types of Preventive Maintenance programs, so please contact your Pannier Product Specialist who can advise a tailored preventive maintenance program that’s right for you.
