Tag making is fast and easy with the EmbossMax 3000 metal tag embossing machine. Using dot peen marking technology, the system’s marking pin can emboss characters in any size or direction on pre-fabricated metal tags.
Jam-Free Coiled Tags
Pannier metal tags are supplied in a roll for easy, jam-free feeding through the embosser. The tag stock is fed through a clamp that holds the tags in place during marking. When marking is complete, the clamp releases and the operator manually advances the stock to the next blank tag. After tags are marked, they are snapped apart for use.
